Joel H. Naylor

Over 35 years ago, Joel began his career as an entrepreneur and business leader in the insurance and financial services industry, after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Finance. He holds a Series 6 (FINRA) and Series 63 (NASAA) registration, and is licensed for life, health, and accident insurance.  

Operating throughout Pennsylvania and Florida, Mr. Naylor specializes in employee benefits, securities, and comprehensive investment solutions. As the founder of two insurance brokerage firms and a former member of the Broker Advisory Boards of two health insurance organizations, he attributes his success to strategic networking, relationship-building, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Outside of work, family is the center of Joel’s life, being married for over 30 years and the proud father of two sons. He enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time by the ocean. He feels these experiences have reinforced his appreciation for lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, and maintaining a balanced perspective on both business and life.
